1. Information Collection

We collect information strictly necessary for the operation of the Platform:

  • Account Information: Name, email address, and billing details.
  • Operational Data: Excel files and datasets uploaded for the purpose of drafting emails.
  • Credentials: Encrypted SMTP or API keys provided for email sending.

2. Use of Information

  • Drafting & Scheduling: Uploaded data is used solely to generate draft emails and schedule reminders as per your configuration.
  • Audit Logs: We maintain immutable logs of actions (upload, draft, approve, send) for security and compliance auditing.
  • Service Improvement: Aggregated, anonymized usage data may be used to improve Platform performance.

3. Data Protection

  • No Sale of Data: We do not sell, rent, or share your proprietary data with third parties.
  • Encryption: Sensitive credentials (such as SMTP passwords) are stored using industry-standard encryption.
  • Inbox Privacy: The Platform does not read your email inbox. It only retains a record of emails generated and sent through the Platform itself.

4. Data Retention

  • Operational data is retained only as long as necessary to provide the service or as required by law.
  • Audit logs are immutable and retained to demonstrate compliance and user approval history.
